"So disappointed. I’ve been wearing the Lita for over 10 years. I have them resoled when they get worn and they last for years. Incredibly comfortable walking for miles in the city. I also have 2 pairs of boots from BedStu. So I ordered this pair of Lita’s with confidence. I was shocked to find them FAR too big and with many clunky, unattractive design changes. I tried to return them 5 days after the 30 day cut off and they refused to accommodate me. Reluctantly gave me store credit, but they no longer sell anything I want. Sad to say I will not be back."

Q&A

I ordered a size 8.5 and they are not the length that is described on the size guide. My feet are about 9.7 inches typically lands me on a size 8 or 8.5 but these in comparison to the size of my feet are huge. Can I exchange them or return for credit? I did get them awhile ago but haven't been wearing them.

According to our return policy, footwear may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is unworn, in original condition, and includes the original packaging. If your purchase was made outside of the 30 day return window, unfortunately it would no longer be eligible for return or exchange, even if the shoes have not been worn.
