"Horrible! Please do not use! And after I expressed my concerns about the issue with the restoration. I was told to send the shoes back, however they had no idea how long it will take to fix the shoes. I ask for at lease 50%of my money back and I was told they will give me some coupons. My shoes came back looking worse than they did when I sent them off."
"Was completely unhappy with the restoration. The distressed wear was polished. Somehow there was no record of my written request, with photos, not to polish. The stitching on the boot was done with white thread. And the size was different. The boot was tighter. And the inner leather flap that covers the zipper was creased in a way that exposed the zipper, irritating my ankle and making the boot uncomfortable. For the time it took, and the investment, I was completely dismayed and haven't eitn the boots since."

Everyone was extremely kind and professional, advising me every step of the way. The customer service representative, Jesica, walked me through the entire process from opening questions, completing the restoration order purchase, updates on where my bags were in the process, and follow-up when the bags were mailed back to me. The bags look better than when originally purchased (MANY years ago)! They were cleaned, leather straps repaired, lining replaced, & most impressive was the decorative stitching replacement. My request to change the stitching on a black bag from cream thread to black thread was honored and turned out beautifully. I cannot recommend this bag restoration service enough!"
